Pfizer

One system for simpler management of work permits and access to the Pfizer site

Pfizer needed a central system for issuing work permits and controlling access for visitors and external contractors. By digitizing and automating the process, key departments were relieved of manual work, while permit issuance and mandatory training became easier to track.

After analyzing the workflow, we developed web and kiosk applications with two interfaces. Training, testing, and document issuance were significantly accelerated without compromising security or detailed verification. The on-site kiosk provides access to materials, testing, signing, and document printing at the point of use. A QR code is issued only after every condition is confirmed, combining a faster process with control and safety. The system tracks every prerequisite for entry, including mandatory materials, test results, and safety steps. Administrators receive a complete process overview, while users are guided from training and signature to final access authorization.
