Preparation, implementation and certification of management systems according to ISO standards for NOTUS IT d.o.o.

On 1 April 2025, Notus began implementing the project “Preparation, Implementation and Certification of Management Systems According to ISO Standards”, in accordance with the Grant Agreement signed with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO).

The project was implemented under the Call for Project Proposals “Support to Enterprises for Product Certification and Implementation of Management Systems (PK.1.3.04.)”.

The project aimed to strengthen the company’s market position through the implementation and certification of the internationally recognized standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 20000-1:2018, ensuring a high level of quality, security and IT service management. Through the project, the preconditions were created for strengthening competitiveness in the domestic and international markets, increasing the trust of clients and regulatory bodies, and increasing sales and export revenues in the coming period.

The successful completion of all three certification processes confirms that our business processes are aligned with high international standards for quality, information security and IT service management.

The ISO 9001 certificate confirms our focus on quality, continuous improvement of business processes and customer satisfaction. ISO 27001 confirms a systematic approach to data protection, security risk management and the preservation of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. The ISO 20000 certificate confirms high-quality and reliable IT service management, aligned with the needs of our clients and the requirements of the international market.

Obtaining these certificates is an important step in the further development of NOTUS IT. They further strengthen the trust of our clients and business partners, increase our competitiveness, and create the preconditions for participation in more demanding domestic, European and international projects.

The successful certifications are the result of the dedication of our entire team to the consistent improvement of the quality, security and reliability of the services we provide.
