Intralot Adriatic needed a simpler way to track and control a large volume of equipment. The long-term project includes many users, multiple permission levels, and a complex organizational hierarchy.

The system connects field and office work, automates administration, and speeds up receiving, distribution, and inventory processes. The system automatically creates documentation based on the type of equipment movement, supports write-offs for damaged or missing items, and provides reports for operational and management monitoring. Every piece of equipment is linked to its location, status, movement history, and required documentation. The multi-level structure ensures that each business entity and user sees only the data and functionality needed for their part of the process.
