Grad Zaprešić
City information and administrative services available to residents 24/7
An interactive kiosk was developed for the City of Zaprešić, enabling residents to use common city services and access information independently at any time.
On the project, Notus is responsible for software and integrations, while Storm provides the hardware and enclosure, delivering a complete kiosk solution with coordinated implementation and support.
The goal was to reduce pressure on service counters, improve accessibility, and establish a secure and easy-to-manage digital channel. In addition to a touchscreen, the solution supports different input methods and digital-accessibility requirements. It is designed for public-space use and future expansion with new forms, requests, and information services. The kiosk had to be simple for residents and flexible for city administration. Its modular architecture supports new services, while the administration interface allows content to be updated without development-team intervention.
