Žuvela
Digital ordering connecting customers, sales, warehouses, and delivery in real time
Žuvela wanted to make the app the primary channel for ordering, browsing the product range, and managing orders, while reducing paperwork and manual work.
The system had to support specific sales and logistics conditions: late ordering times, warehouse rules, delivery constraints, and seasonal route changes. It was therefore designed to be fast and simple for customers and reliable and transparent across the entire chain from order to delivery. A dedicated driver app shows the daily schedule and supports operational actions such as pausing a route or cancelling an individual delivery. The digital process therefore continues beyond ordering and follows execution through final delivery. Orders are often placed between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m., when data speed and accuracy directly affect warehouse preparation and next-day delivery. The integrations therefore connect customers, sales representatives, inventory, and drivers in one operational flow.
