One place for entering and monitoring production-quality data in real time

Pfizer needed a more reliable way to monitor production quality in line with strict regulatory requirements. Existing Excel tables and PowerPoint reports slowed processing, limited visibility, and increased the risk of manual-entry errors.

We developed QMR, a web application that replaces scattered files with one system for entering and centrally monitoring production-quality data in real time. In pharmaceutical production, it is important not only to see current data but also to have a documented record of how it was created and changed. QMR supports visibility, consistency, and faster response without manually combining different sources. Data is structured so employees can enter and review information easily, while responsible teams can identify deviations faster. One reliable data source replaces the parallel spreadsheets and presentations that previously required additional reconciliation.
