Odoo ERP with a Custom Manufacturing Module for Laser Metal Cutting
Laser Inženjering decided to modernize its operations by moving to Odoo 18 ERP. The goal was not just a technology upgrade, but a complete digital transformation and the introduction of advanced AI capabilities into everyday processes. Odoo will run the entire business, from procurement and inventory to accounting and payroll, with implementation focused primarily on sales and manufacturing. We placed particular emphasis on developing custom solutions within the manufacturing module to enable precise material management, shorter cutting times, and automated cost calculation. With integrated reporting, the company now has full visibility into its processes.

LASER INŽENJERING d.o.o. is a Zagreb-based company, founded in 2014, that provides metal machining services. Thanks to the many years of experience the founder gained in Austria, along with a skilled team, the company positioned itself among Croatia’s leading laser metal cutting providers after just its first year. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and delivers simple cutting and bending services within 24 hours.
